• The Boston West Hospital (Ramsay Health Care)
• The Lincoln Hospital (Circle Health Group)

Clinical visits are subject to the policies, terms, and conditions of the respective hospital operator. Cancelled or missed appointments without reasonable notice may be subject to clinical administration cancellation fees.

3. Fees, Billing, and Financial Responsibility

Consultation, diagnostic imaging, and surgical procedure fees are outlined on our Fees Page.

• Insured Patients: Patients using private healthcare insurance (e.g., Bupa, AXA, Vitality, Aviva, WPA, Simplyhealth) must provide a valid membership number and pre-authorization code prior to consultation or surgery. While we invoice insurance providers directly, the ultimate financial responsibility for the consultation and treatment remains with the patient. Any shortfall or unpaid claim is the liability of the patient.
• Self-Pay Patients: Self-paying patients are invoiced directly. Hospital outpatient fee guidelines are set by Ramsay Health and Circle Health Group, and payments are handled according to hospital standards on the day of treatment or as invoiced.
